You have a 7-day window from the date of subscription to request a full refund if you’re not satisfied with our service. Simply get in touch with our friendly customer support team.
Refunds are granted if the service fails to meet our advertised standards. We may ask for evidence, such as error messages or screenshots, to assist with your request.
However, if you’ve violated our terms of service or policies, we reserve the right to deny your refund.
If you’ve purchased a multi-month subscription and decide to cancel before the term ends, we’ll issue a pro-rated refund based on the remaining time.
Refunds are processed using the original payment method and may take up to 3 business days to appear in your account.
Please note that we may update our refund policy from time to time without prior notice.
