  • However, if you’ve violated our terms of service or policies, we reserve the right to deny your refund.
  • If you’ve purchased a multi-month subscription and decide to cancel before the term ends, we’ll issue a pro-rated refund based on the remaining time.
  • Refunds are processed using the original payment method and may take up to 3 business days to appear in your account.
